Larry Moyer, President and CEO
Veteran evangelist and defender of grace, Dr. Larry Moyer is a frequent speaker in evangelistic outreaches, training seminars, churches and classrooms across the world. Feeling God’s call into full-time evangelism while finishing his Master of Theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary in 1973, Larry founded an evangelistic association in Dallas, Texas – EvanTell. Larry later received a Doctor of Ministry degree from Gordon Conwell Seminary.
Larry is also a writer, having authored books such as Free and Clear; How-To Book on Personal Evangelism; 31 Days with the Master Fisherman; 31 Days to Living as a New Believer; and 21 Things God Never Said. He has written articles for Preaching, Leadership Journal, Kindred Spirit, and Preaching Today, and is ranked one of the top-ten contributing authors on SermonCentral.com.
AJ Rinaldi, Director of Academic and Parachurch Ministries
AJ Rinaldi is a husband, father, teacher, student, writer, and musician. He graduated from Belmont University in Nashville, TN and is currently working toward a Master in Christian Education at Dallas Theological Seminary. He has been the Director of Parachurch and Academic Ministries at EvanTell for almost three years. Prior to that, AJ spent fifteen years in the healthcare field in a variety of roles, including service as a medic with the Army’s 82nd Airborne Division.
AJ has been involved in ministry with youth, children, worship, and as a leader for college and singles groups. Through the many diverse paths of his life, AJ has developed experience in how to effectively respond to the shifting sands of culture. By virtue of necessity, he has cultivated an ability to understand and interact with a variety of people. AJ has a passion to develop curriculum that is engaging, challenging and thought-provoking as well as teaching in the same manner.
David Souther, Director of International Ministries
David’s calling and passion is making the gospel of Jesus Christ known internationally. He ministers with EvanTell, a ministry in Dallas dedicated to declaring the gospel, activating believers around the world, and preparing the next generation to reach the lost. His travels have taken him to countries throughout the world equipping indigenous missionaries, evangelists, and pastors in evangelism as well as provide them with the tools and training they need to equip their fellow believers to share Christ clearly and simply.
David is a graduate of Carson-Newman College and Dallas Theological Seminary where he received the C. Sumner Wemp Award in personal evangelism.
Mary Margaret Gibson, Director of Workplace Ministries
Mary Margaret is responsible for Workplace Ministries at EvanTell. She focuses on the 50% of the time that folks spend at work, equipping all of us to minister in the vast mission field of working life. Her ministry enables Christians who work in hardhats, in offices, at stores, hospitals, schools, banks, military, and government to share the gospel wherever they work. Mary Margaret speaks at churches, Christian business organizations, and at small group meetings and retreats. She works with other Ministry Directors, evangelism partners, businesses, and Christian business groups to help them find the best resources for workplace ministries. She is currently working on equipping pregnancy resource center volunteers with EvanTell’s evangelism training.
Mark, Rae, Executive Vice President and COO
Rev. Mark Rae grew up in the Memorial area of Houston and graduated from SMU with a B.A. in Fine Arts. He worked in sales and marketing with a large design and printing company, and was also president of two start-up companies prior to being called into full-time ministry.
In 1996, Mark became Pastor of Evangelism and Outreach for Faith Bible Church in The Woodlands, Texas where he was first exposed to EvanTell. He served there for 9 years as Associate Pastor. He earned a Master’s Degree in Biblical Studies from Dallas Theological Seminary and is passionate about creatively bringing the clear, simple gospel to the world.
Mark’s combined pastoral and evangelism experience has positioned him as an expert in church growth by conversion strategies. Mark is the author and executive producer for SEEDS – a 12-week small group course in personal evangelism. He is also the co-developer of EvanTell’s Flying Strong program – a 2-year mentorship program for churches.
